Haluk Bilginer

Haluk Bilginer ( born June 5, 1954 in İzmir ) is a Turkish theater and film actor. He founded in March 1999 along with the theater tumblers Olcay " Oyun Atölyesi ".

Life

Haluk Bilginer is the son of insurance businessman Tahsin Bilginer and his wife Bedriye Bilginer. He finished high school İzmir Türk Koleji. In the last year of school, he joined the theater of the high school and became a student of Cahit Gürkan. He received his first award of the İzmir Democrat newspaper, the competition between high schools he won. At the invitation of the insert in the jury theater director Ragıp Haykir he came as a guest actor at the State Theatre Izmir. In 1971 he began studying theater in the State Conservatory in Ankara.

After completing his studies, he worked at the State Theatre. In 1977, he formed in London at LAMDA on. From 1980 to 1993 he played in the UK in television series and theaters. In the series EastEnders he played from 1985 to 1989, the role of Kıbrıslı Mehmet Osman.

In 1987 he first came to the filming of Gecenin Öteki Yüzü ( The Other Face of the night) to Istanbul and met on the set tumblers Olcay, whom he married in 1992. He led for a while a life between Istanbul and London. After her marriage in 1992 the couple in Hollywood starred in the series Indiana Jones and Turkey Yavuz Özkan 's film in İki Kadın with (two women). He became famous by the reality show Sıcağı Sıcağına (It's hot here ) in the channel Show TV. In 1996, he starred in films like the movie 80 Adim ( The 80th step ) of Tomris Giritlioğlu, İstanbul Kanatlarımın altinda (Istanbul Beneath My Wings ), Usta Beni Öldürsene and Masumiyet.

In 1990, Ahmet Haluk Bilginer Levendoğlu and tumblers Olcay "Studio Theatre ". There he played in aldatma, Kan. Kardeşleri (blood brothers ), Derin Soluk Bir Al ( Take a deep breath ), Çöplük ( garbage), Histeri ( hysteria ) and balcony leading roles. In order to have a theater stage, he rented a cinema and expanded it. The building was destroyed by fire in 1999. Then the couple built in Istanbul's Moda a stage where they founded the theater " Oyun Atölyesi ".

In 2006 married Haluk Bilginer pop singer, composer and cellist Aşkın Only Yengi and got her a daughter.
