Handsome na Kanojo

A Handsome Girl (Japaneseハンサム な 彼女, hansamu na kanojo ) is a manga series of the Japanese illustrator Wataru Yoshizumi. The romantic comedy, which was implemented as a radio drama and anime, comprises about 1,500 pages and is aimed primarily at young girls, so can be assigned to the shōjo genus.

Action

The popular, fourteen- year-old actress Mio Hagiwara is in love with two years older Teruomi Morimoto. When falling in love with her ​​best friend Aya Sawaki, she wants to forget him and instead finds the young director Ichyia Kumagai her new crush. However, Aya was already with him, and still is, even after the separation, in love with him and want him back.

A Handsome Girl was released in Japan from November 1988 to January 1992 in 35 separate chapters in the manga magazine Ribon, published in the same time, among other things Momoko Sakura Chibi Maruko -chan and Yukari Ichijōs Yukan Club. The Shueisha Publishing House brought this single chapter from June 1989 out in nine anthologies. Was published in 2003 by the publishing company also Bunkoban reissue in five volumes.

Filming
