Wahaha (Chinese娃哈哈, also Hanghzou Wahaha Group Co, Ltd. ) is a Chinese beverage producer. The company has become the largest Chinese manufacturers of soft drinks. From 1996 to 2007 there was a joint venture with Danone, where Danone held 51 %. After Wahaha became increasingly operational transactions outside the JV this resolved after years of litigation in 2009.

The name Wahaha to describe a child's smile phonetically.

Products

The product range includes about 15 non-alcoholic drinks, including Future -Cola, futures orange and a bottled water. Recently, however, Wahaha also provides other goods, such as clothing, forth. One of the main offices located in Hangzhou.
