Hanna Thompson

Hanna Thompson ( born November 1, 1983 in Rochester, New York) is an American foil fencer.

While still a student won Thompson 2004 her first U.S. championship in fencing. In 2006, she completed her studies in sociology and criminology at the Ohio State University and then concentrated on her athletic career. At the Pan American Games in 2007, she won the silver medal in singles and with the team. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing she won in the individual only 27th place, with the team she won the silver medal.
