Hannover Messe

The Hannover Messe (HM ) is the world's most important industrial fair. It takes place every spring in Hanover ( Lower Saxony) on the Hanover Exhibition Centre, the largest exhibition center in the world, instead.

Germany is currently the most important trade fair country with 141 trade fairs. As a pioneer model cooperates with those in Hannover Messe Stuttgart ( collective exhibitions in Germany ) and Milan (because of emerging trade markets in Brazil, Russia, India and China).

Despite spin-offs, such as the Light Building (Frankfurt) and the Drupa ( Dusseldorf ), the Hanover Fair continues to be the largest investment goods fair in the world. The CeBIT, the world's largest trade fair for information technology, provides since the 1980s represents a prominent segment

Concept

The Hannover Messe consists of various international trade fairs that reflect the entire industrial value chain. Some trade fairs are represented in the two- year cycle at the fair, so that the image of the Hannover Messe always converts. The core themes of the Hannover Messe:

The partner country at Hannover Messe 2013 was Russia, China in 2012, 2011 France, Italy in 2010. In 2014, the Netherlands will be the partner country of the fair.

History

The beginnings from 1947

On the initiative of the Lower Saxony Minister of Economics Alfred Kubel and Gustav Bratke, city manager of Hannover, 1947, the German trade fair and exhibition -A. G. Laatzen founded that the first " Export Fair 1947 Hannover " lined up to compete with the Leipzig Trade Fair. In this way, laid the foundation for the international establishment of the Hanover Trade Fair Centre and the success which has since held Hannover Messe.

Since 1950 there have been at the Hannover Messe an area " office industry." This was 1970, a separate hall, the 1969/70 built by the architect Ernst Friedrich Brockmann CeBIT Hall 1 ( for Center for Office and Information Technology ). This segment grew so strong that the CeBIT year since 1986 one month before the Hannover Messe trade fair takes place as a separate industry in the following years. Due to the strong influx of private interests that were not planned as a visitor at the exhibition concept, it was designed specifically for this target group in the years 1996 and 1998 CeBIT Home.

The motive of the Hannover Messe, a highly stylized Hermes head, remained almost unchanged since the first Export Fair 1947. It also adorns the there conferred since 2004 Innovation Award Hermes Award.

Hannover Messe 2011

From 4 to 8 April 2011 a 6,333 companies from 67 countries presented their products and applications to more than 200,000 square meters of net exhibition space. At the five days 243 670 visitors ( of which 50 247 from abroad) to the fairgrounds.

The overall concept of the Hannover Messe include special events such as Metropolitan Solutions, TectoYou, Global Business & Markets, energy efficiency in industrial processes, Job & Career Market, Mobile Robots and Autonomous Systems and Solutions Area lightweight. In addition, the Congress Women Power and the Hermes Award supplement the framework program of the Hannover Messe.

Hannover Messe 2012

2012 took the Hannover Messe from 23 to 27 of April, they combined eight flagship fairs are taking place:

At the Hannover Messe took place on 24 April 2012, the 9th Niedersachsen Foreign Trade Day held with the main topic ASEAN. The highlight of the event was the presentation of the 3rd Lower Saxon Foreign Trade Award by Economy Minister Jörg Bode. Was hosted NGlobal, the Lower Saxony State Society for the Promotion of Foreign Trade.

Hannover Messe 2013

2013 found the Hanover Fair from 8th to April 12th. Host country was Russia. At the opening of the exhibition by Vladimir Putin and Angela Merkel were protests against " Russian democracy blockades ". 2013 were united in one place eleven fairs:
