Hans Haug
Hans Haug ( born July 27, 1900 in Basel, † September 15, 1967 in Lausanne) was a Swiss composer.
Life
He received a piano with Egon Petri and Ernst Levy, then studied with Ferruccio Busoni and finally at the Munich Academy of Music with Walter Courvoisier. After that he worked as a pianist, conductor and later a teacher at the Conservatory of Lausanne. He composed operas and operettas, ballets, theater and film music, oratorio, symphonic works, concertos and chamber music.
