Hans Jenny (cymatics)

Hans Jenny ( born August 16, 1904 in Basel, † June 23, 1972 in Dornach ) was a Swiss doctor, teacher, painter and naturalist in the sense of Goetheanism. He coined the term cymatics for the newly created him of research.

Life

Hans Jenny graduated in Basel a science and medical studies and graduated in 1931 from. Later he worked as a doctor in Dornach and gave as a teacher of natural history and art lessons at the Rudolf Steiner School in Zurich. In addition, Jenny worked as a painter with a focus on animal images.
