Hans von Mžik

Hans von mzik ( born July 24, 1876 in Rzeszow, Galicia, † 1961 in Vienna ) was an Austrian orientalist and geographer.

He was head of the Map Collection at the Austrian National Library, and co-founder of the series Museion since 1921. He became known to a wider reading public through its processing of the travel of the Arab Ibn Batuta by India and China.
