Hans-Werner Schwarz

Hans- Werner Schwarz ( born September 21, 1946 in Berleburg ) is a German politician. He was vice-president of the 16th Parliament of Lower Saxony.

Education and work

After high school, Black went for four years to the German Army and was captain of the reserve. He then studied mathematics, physical education and geography for teachers at primary and secondary schools. Prior to his election to the state legislature, he worked at Jahn School in Diepholz.

Policy

Since 1973, Black has been a member of the FDP. He is Chairman of the District Association Diepholz and vice chairman of the district of Osnabrück. He also serves on the Board of Lower Saxony FDP.

Since 1980, Black is alderman of the city Diepholz. From 1996 to 1999 and from 2003 to 2005 he was mayor dortiger. From 1986 to 2011 he was Member of District Assembly in Diepholz and 1996-2003 Deputy District Administrator. The Lower Saxony state parliament he was a member from 2003 to 2013. On February 26, 2008 Black was elected Vice President of the 16th Parliament of Lower Saxony. He held until 2013 this office.
