Har Gilo (Hebrew הר גילה ) is an Israeli settlement in the West Bank with 462 inhabitants (2007 ). It is located between the Palestinian towns of Al Walaja and Beit Jala, 5 miles south of Jerusalem.

In 1994, Har Gilo 387 inhabitants. The settlement was founded in 1972 and is part of the Gush Etzion settlement group.
