The Harsleber creek is a tributary of the Light Bach in the northern Harz foreland.

Renaturation

On Harsleber Bach attempted a compromise between intensive agricultural use and conservation issues was implemented. The acceptance is still low. It came to the destruction of parts of the riparian strip, wanton destruction of woodland and browsing damage by animals of the adjacent land. Therefore, border protection measures were carried out subsequently. The waste dumping and the theft of oak gap piles of border security are still an issue.
