Hasmonea Lwów

The Żydowski club Sportowy Hasmonea Lwów ( ZKS Hasmonea Lwów ) ​​was a sports and football club of the Jewish minority in the then Polish and now part of the Ukraine city of Lviv. It existed from 1908 until its dissolution after the invasion of Russian and German troops in Poland 1939.

The name Hasmonea derived from the names of the Jewish dynasty of the Hasmoneans.

The club was on March 1, 1927 one of the founding members of the League Pilki Nożnej - LPN, of the top Polish league.

The striker Zygmunt helmsman was 1926 and 1928 scorer of the Polish national football team.
