Hassan El Fakiri

Hassan El Fakiri ( born April 18, 1977 in Temsamane, Morocco) is a Norwegian football player.

Childhood

The midfielder El Fakiri was born in Morocco, lived, however, since the age of seven in Norway, where he began playing football.

Career

Association

Hassan El Fakiri began in the youth department of Lyn Oslo. 1996/97 of 1.76 meters large El Fakiri was taken from his own youth in the first team of the capital club.

At the turn of 1999/ 00 he was loaned for six months to the SK Brann, then he moved to AS Monaco, but was awarded half a year later at his hometown club Lyn Oslo. After another half a year El Fakiri changed in August 2001 on loan to Rosenborg Trondheim and returned in July 2002 back to AS Monaco. There he played now three years before he came to Borussia Mönchengladbach for the season 2005/ 06. For Borussia, he played a total of 49 Bundesliga matches and scored one goal.

Since July 2007, El Fakiri playing for his former club SK Brann with which he was Norwegian champion in 2007. His dortiger contract runs until 2010.

National

For the national team of Norway El Fakiri graduated eight internationals. He made his last international match so far on 1 March 2006 in Dakar in the 1-2 defeat against Senegal.
