HAT-P-1b

HAT- P -1b is in an exoplanet 450 light years from Earth binary star system ADS 16402, which is located in the constellation lizard ( " Lacerta ").

HAT- P -1b is a gas planet and has been using a network of small wide-angle telescopes, which are based on the Hungarian Automated Telescope ( HAT), discovered. The distance between the gas planet and the star HAT- P-1, the HAT- P -1b orbits, is only 5% of the distance between Earth and the Sun. Thus, HAT- P -1b requires only four and a half days to orbit its host star.

The density of the HAS -P -1b is only about 25 % of the density of water. Its mass is 53 % of Jupiter, on the other hand corresponds to the diameter of the 1.36 -fold of Jupiter.
