Coat of arms
Blazon: " Split of red and gold with a radiant sun under a rafter in reversed colors. "
The name of the village derives from " house" from what is symbolized by the stylized roof ( heraldic " rafters "). The coat of arms, and thus also of the rafters is composed of two halves, as the current community Häuslingen was formed from the two formerly independent communities large and small Häuslingen Häuslingen that are still as two separate districts recognizable even today. The sun is an ancient symbol of life, vitality and happiness. In addition, the sun can also be seen as an allegory for that Häuslingen has been used for many years and one of the first municipalities to generate renewable energy. The then launched solar subsidy program was then unique in his time and even longer. So a symbolism is tensioned with the sun, ranging from the earliest human history and into the future. The colors red and gold stand for the centuries- long affiliation Häuslingens to the Guelph lands whose ordinary coat of arms colors were red and gold.
At the meeting on 14 July 2011 the municipal council of Häuslingen has decided to lead a coat of arms. Ahead of the well-known journalist and heraldist Dr. Arnold Rabbow from Berlin was assigned a coat of arms for the community to work out. For some proposals, Häusl Inger residents have spoken out on an official launch event for the assumed coat of arms.
