History

Hawke's Bay Today created by the merger of appearing in Napier The Daily Telegraph and the coming of Hastings Hawke 's Bay Herald - Tribune. The journal was first published on May 3, 1999.

The Daily Telegraph appeared as a liberal daily newspaper and in competition with the conservative Hawke's Bay Herald for the first time on February 1, 1871. 1982 took over the Hawkes Bay News Limited together with the Hawke 's Bay Tribune the sheet. Hawke 's Bay Herald
