Hawker Horsley

The Hawker Horsley was a torpedo and Tagbomber the Royal Air Force ( RAF) from the 1920s. Was the Horsley Mk I still a solid timber construction, the Horsley Mk II was produced in a all-metal construction.

History

The commissioning began in 1927 with the replacement of the Fawn - bomber in the No. 11 and no. 100 Squadron. As a torpedo bomber, she joined in 1928 at the no. 36 Squadron in the Scottish Donibristle the first time in appearance. Later, the No.100 Squadron was stationed in Donibristle. The Hawker Horsley was up in 1934 in the service.
