Hawker Horsley

The Hawker Horsley was a torpedo and Tagbomber the Royal Air Force ( RAF) from the 1920s. Was the Horsley Mk I still a solid timber construction, the Horsley Mk II was produced in a all-metal construction.

History

The commissioning began in 1927 with the replacement of the Fawn - bomber in the No. 11 and no. 100 Squadron. As a torpedo bomber, she joined in 1928 at the no. 36 Squadron in the Scottish Donibristle the first time in appearance. Later, the No.100 Squadron was stationed in Donibristle.
