Hayashi rice

Hayashi rice (Japaneseハヤシライス, Hayashi raisu ) is a Japanese dish. It consists of beef and onions. They are prepared to force a sauce containing red wine or tomato sauce. Serve with rice is eaten. A similar dish is Japanese curry rice.

There are different opinions about the origin of the term. One theory is that Yūteki Hayashi (早 矢 仕 有的), founder of the bookstore chain Maruzen, the inventor of the court was and it was named after him.
