Hayley Tullett

Hayley Tullett ( born July 1, 1975 in Swansea as Hayley Parry ) is a British middle distance runner.

Sporting successes

Twice she took part in the Olympic Games: The 1500 -meter run, she was in Sydney in 2000 and came eleventh in Athens 2004 semi-finals.

She celebrated her biggest success by winning the bronze medal at the World Athletics Championships 2003 in Paris / Saint- Denis. You had to deal over 1500 meters in a personal best pass ( 3:59,95 min) only Tatjana Tomaschowa from Russia ( 3:58,52 min ) and the Turkish woman Sureyya Ayhan ( 3:59,04 min) beaten. In the same year Tullet was also national champion in the same discipline.

At the Commonwealth Games, she won, starting for Wales, about 1500 m 2002 in Manchester a silver medal in 4:07,52 minutes behind Kelly Holmes and 2006 in Melbourne bronze ( 4:06,76 min).
