HC Neumarkt-Egna
The HC Neumarkt Wild Goose is an Italian ice hockey club based in Neumarkt, which currently plays in the 2a Divisione, the second highest Italian Hockey League, as well as in the Inter - National -League. The home stadium, the Wild Goose Arena, had a seating capacity of about 500 seats. The Arena was demolished in 2008, the new building at a new location celebrated on 20 June 2010, the so-called "first party ".
History
The Hockey Club Neumarkt Wild Goose was founded in 1963. The home games are played at Raiffeisen Arena in Kaltern. The club organizes every year around the 15th of August, the training tournament Dolomitencup.
Farm Team
The Aurora Frogs from Auer are the farm team of Neumarkt.
