HD 20367

HD 20367 is a about 87 light years distant main sequence star of spectral type G0 in the constellation Aries, in which an exoplanet was discovered. The star has an apparent magnitude of 6.4 mag.

Planetary companion

The exoplanet HD 20367 b orbits the star with an orbital period of around 470 days. Its orbit has a semimajor axis of about 1.2 astronomical units and an eccentricity of about 0.3. The minimum mass M * sin ( i) of the object is about 1.2 Jupiter masses. The object was of Mayor et al. discovered using the radial velocity method and published in 2002.
