Heidi Schüller

Heidi Schüller ( born June 15, 1950 in Passau) is a former German track and field athlete, television presenter and doctor.

At times, the record holder was Schüller and German champion in the 100 - meter hurdles. In 1972, she spoke as the first woman ever the Olympic oath at the Olympic Games in Munich. In the long jump, she was fifth, defeated, among others, the later winner Heide Rosendahl.

After the end of their sports career, she was a specialist in anesthesia and senior physician at the University Hospital in Cologne. In addition, she worked as a television presenter for "Three by Nine ", " Talk in the Tower" ( Sat.1 ), " Club 2 " (ORF ), " theme" ( ARTE ) and wrote widely acclaimed and discussed books about the generation gap. In 1994 she was a member of the shadow cabinet as health expert Rudolf Sharping.
