Heinrich Botho Scheube

Heinrich Botho Scheube ( born August 18, 1853 in Zeitz, † February 10, 1923 in Greiz ) was a German physician and university professor.

Life

Scheube doctorate in 1876 in Leipzig and was there until 1877, clinical assistant under Carl Reinhold August Wunderlich. From 1877 to 1881 he was professor at the School of Medicine and director of the Gouvernementshospitals in Kyoto. In 1882 he traveled extensively in Asian tropical countries and then went from 1883 to 1885 as Associate Professor of Internal Medicine returned to Leipzig. Beginning in 1885, he lived and practiced in Greiz.
