Heinrich Ernst Göring

Heinrich Ernst Göring ( born October 31, 1838 in Emmerich; † 7 December 1913 in Munich) was a German jurist and diplomat.

Life

Heinrich Ernst Göring is the son of the District Court Council aD Wilhelm Goering and Caroline Anne Franziska Huberta de Nerée. He studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich- Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. In August 1885, Goering was ( now Namibia ) sent by Bismarck as the first Imperial Commissioner of the colony of German South West Africa to Angra Pequeña.
