Heinrich-Heine-Straße (Berlin U-Bahn)

History

From 1912, the AEG own underground between the Swedish road and the Hermann Square began to build. So the underground station Heinrich -Heine-Straße ended on April 6, 1928 under the name Neanderstraße in operation. He was then initially for two years terminus for trains from Boddinstraße - or Leinestraße. From 18 April 1930, the trains ran further to healthy well.

The station has a northern and a southern exit. The northern is integrated in a corner of the Kopenickerstrasse whose upper floors contain offices and apartments. The entire building is a listed building.
