Helge Breloer

Helge Breloer, nee Martin, ( born October 28, 1937 in Moenchengladbach, † April 23, 2011 in Dortmund) was a German lawyer and non-fiction writer. She was expert and value investigative expert on trees and shrubs.

Life

Helge Breloer was the daughter of Illa and Ernst J. Martin. She attended the Liebfrauenschule Mulhouse and studied law in Cologne, Freiburg and Munich. She has worked as a freelance experts for tree maintenance, road safety of trees and woodland valuation. For these subjects it was appointed from 1982 to 2009 of the Chamber of Agriculture of North Rhine -Westphalia as experts publicly certified. From 2001 to 2008 she was a lecturer for reviewers beings and woodland valuation at the Fachhochschule Osnabrück.

With Werner Koch she had worked from 1983 until his death in 1993 and then led the he developed asset value method for tree value and tree damage calculation, as designated by the Federal Court and recognized in practice and case method Koch continued. She has also worked in the field of customer damage of trees a few years with Prof. Dr. Claus Matt Heck from the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe.

On the subject of trees and right Helge Breloer frequently published articles in horticultural and forestry magazines and law journals. She was also the author of the series Trees & right with consecutive editions. In addition to the cooking method were " their thematic focus of the tree protection, banning tree mutilation, the neighboring right and duty to maintain safety in trees. ". Twice a year, she hosted a Saturday, a FREE special seminar, " Round Table " called, in which they both beginners and experienced experts brought on the current state of jurisdiction.

Breloer was a speaker at numerous seminars throughout the Federal Republic, but also in Austria and Holland. She campaigned for the protection and preservation of trees and against excessive safety requirements in the context of ensuring public safety. She was the initiator and member of the 2006 founded tree center, an education and training center in Tecklenburg, where she was particularly interested in the education of LWK -certified tree inspectors; she lived most recently in Dortmund.

There, the mother of three children died on Easter weekend 2011 at the age of 73 years after a horse had inflicted heavy on 5 April 2011 internal injuries.
