Helicopter Association International

The Helicopter Association International ( HAI) is an international association based in Alexandria in the U.S. state of Virginia.

History

The association was founded in 1948 by a small group of helicopter operators. 2010 included the Association of 3,000 companies in 73 countries, operating 5,000 Helicopter with 2.3 million hours per year.

Events

Each year is organized by the HAI HELI -EXPO four-day. The fair is the most important in the helicopter industry in 2013 736 exhibitors presented their products and 20,393 visitors from around the world attended the event.

Publications

Since 1988 is published by the HAI ROTOR magazine, which is published quarterly. In addition, various publications are sent out as an e -mail.
