Background

In Sunjeong Manhwa is a film adaptation of a eponymous webcomic by Kang Full. Sunjeong Manhwa was the first webcomic by Kang Full, and became very popular in South Korea. Action

Kwon Yeon -woo is a somewhat naive, 30 -year-old civil servant who works in the district office.
