In December 2006, the new livery of the aircraft was presented. All Fokker 100 take a new look in the colors red, white and silver gray and the Swiss cross on the vertical stabilizer. Peter Pfister was from 2003 until the takeover by Martin Ebner, the CEO of the company.

Ownership

As part of a financial restructuring took over in March 2006, financier Martin Ebner about his run with his wife holding company Patinex AG shares in the entire Helvetic Airways, after serving as majority shareholder. To prevent the impending bankruptcy of the airline, which had accumulated in debt since its founding in 2003, a total of 40 million Swiss francs, the share capital of CHF 40 million was reduced to zero and carried out a capital increase from zero to CHF 10 million. The money for this capital increase came entirely from the Patinex AG.
