Henry Dafel

Henry Dafel (actually John Henning Dafel; born January 8, 1889 in Pretoria, † August 21 1947 in Darling Point, New South Wales, Australia) was a South African sprinter and middle-distance runner.

At the Olympic Games in Antwerp in 1920, he won the South African team in the 4 x 400 meters relay silver. About 400 meters he came to sixth place, about 800 meters he reached the semifinals.
