Henry Thomas
Henry Jackson Thomas ( born September 9, 1971 in San Antonio, Texas ) is an American actor.
Career
In his role as Elliot in ET - The Extra-Terrestrial Henry Thomas was known at the age of 11 years worldwide and was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Young Actor. In the following years, Thomas has appeared in various children's roles, especially in fantasy films, until he appeared in 1989 under the direction of Milos Forman in the movie Valmont. In 1994, he then played in Legends of the Fall on the side of Brad Pitt. As a result, Henry Thomas was in both psycho - thrillers such as to see Lethal Obsession as well as in various TV productions, such as a TV version of Moby Dick. He also belonged to the ensemble of actors in the resulting 2002 gangster epic Gangs of New York by Martin Scorsese.
Private life
Thomas is married to German actress Marie Zielcke, but living apart from her since 2007. The couple has three children.
