Henry VII, Count of Schwarzburg-Blankenburg
Henry VII (VI ) ( * before 1285, † November 11, 1324 ) was from 1285, Count of Schwarzburg- Blankenburg.
Life
He was the son of Count Henry V ( IV ) of Schwarzburg from his marriage to Sophie of Halych, daughter of King Daniel of Halych.
In 1290 he became Lord of Blankenburg, 1306 Lord to 1/2 Arnstadt, Wachsenburggemeinde and Stadtilm. 1323 to Mr. Saalfeld.
He was guardian and uncle of Landgrave Friedrich of Serious
Count Henry was killed in November 1324 in a train in the Mark Brandenburg and was buried in the Grey Monastery in Berlin.

From his first marriage with Christina von Gleichen, first documented in 1292, ( † after September 18, 1296 ), daughter of Count Albrecht III. von Gleichen - Tonna (1249-1290) and Cecilie? Esbernsdatter (-) came from seven children:

His second wife he married Utha ( Oda ) of Henneberg -Hartenberg, first documented in 1331, († April 1, 1346, buried in Arnstadt ), widow of Count Henry V of Schwarzburg ( † before September 19, 1293 ), daughter of Count Poppo X. von Henneberg -Hartenberg (1286-1349) and Richza of Hohenlohe- Weikersheim (1305-1337), the marriage remained childless.
