Herbert Albrecht

Herbert Albrecht ( born January 12, 1900 in Altenburg, † June 13, 1945 in Munich) was a German politician of the Nazi Party.

Life

Albrecht was born the son of a domain manager. After the completion of secondary school in Altenburg with the upper sixth of maturity he entered voluntarily into the German army and was as a cadet at the Anhalt Infantry Regiment No. 93, 1919, he passed his Abitur in Halle. During this time he joined the Freikorps Hall and Anhalt. In the short term nor the Reichswehr Infantry Regiment, he left as a cadet - corporal from the service in September 1919. This year, he was also a member of the Federal Government and the German Empire hammer Nationalists protection and Trutzbund.

From 1919 to 1925 Albrecht worked as an agricultural laborer, apprentice and as a civil servant in Holstein, Lübeck, Pomerania and East Prussia. By the way, he studied agriculture and economics in Berlin, Rostock and casting and closed in 1925 with the PhD. from agr.

In 1920 he was also a co-founder signatory to the call for establishing the German Social Party.

Since 1924 he worked at the People's Observer. He was then a member of the Reich Economic Council of the Nazi empire line and remained so until its dissolution. He was also from 1931 to 1933 Chairman of the Group in the economic and Deputy Coordinator of the Budget Committee of the Reichstag. In 1933 he was still represented by the Imperial Council ( Thuringia).

He became obvious with the NSDAP in conflict. The Supreme Party Court admonished him in 1934, therefore, under forfeiture of capacity to hold a party office in a period of three years. It was also requested that he should resign his seat in the Reichstag. But he remained MdR to May 1945, from March 1936 for the constituency of 28 Dresden- Bautzen.
