Heritage (Armenia)

Heritage (Armenian Ժառանգություն, Scharangutjun, French Héritage, Russian Наследие ) is a liberal and center -oriented political party in Armenia.

Until his resignation in September 2009, born in the United States, former Foreign Minister Raffi Hovhannisjan was the party chairman. He is still also known as the leader of the party.

The Party heritage was to become the fifth largest party in the Armenian National Assembly after its debut at the 2007 General Election. You got 7 seats and a share of the vote of 5.81 %.

In the parliamentary elections in Armenia in 2012 Heritage won 5 seats by party lists with 86 998 votes. Since then it has the smallest fraction in the Armenian Parliament.
