Heritage Party is a political party in Zambia.

Election results

In the election in Zambia in 2001, the party won 7.4 percent of the vote and four of the 150 seats in the National Assembly. Its candidate for the presidency, Godfrey Miyanda, a former vice-president ( 1993-97 ) and brigadier general in the time of Kenneth Kaunda, was put 8.09 percent of the vote. The Heritage party is bound strongly Christian- religious. It is rooted in the UNIP.
