Hermann Fliege

Hermann fly ( born September 9, 1829 Stendal, † November 8, 1907 in Saint Petersburg ) was a German composer and conductor. In 1882 he became the conductor of the 100 -member court orchestra of the Russian Tsar Alexander III. appointed and becoming the first music director of the later St. Petersburg Philharmonic. He held this post until his death in 1907.
