Hermann Gmeiner Vocational School

The Hermann Gmeiner Vocational School is a private secondary school from the SOS Children's Village in China's Qiqihar.

There is a middle school that aims to teach pre-vocational. Since its founding in 1996, is a special focus on one hand on natural sciences and hands-on learning content, on the other hand to language teaching, mainly laid English.

It is a private school on the Western model. The pedagogical principle of the school but it is a social, it depends but organizationally with the SOS Children's Village Qiqihar together, its inhabitants, it allows a free education. The school was named after the founder of SOS Children's Village Hermann Gmeiner.
