HERMES method
Hermes is an open standard for the management and handling of computer science projects. As a project management tool, it is since 1975 in the federal administration of Switzerland in use. Following a major revision in 1986, Hermes is binding on all of the federal computer science projects.
Objectives of Hermes:
- Good quality of computer science systems
- Improved communication between business / users and computer science area
- Reduced project risks
- Reduced development effort
- High transparency in the specification of project work
