Hermine Bosetti

Hermine Bosetti née Flick ( born September 28, 1875 in Vienna, † May 1, 1936 in High Rain or Munich) was a German coloratura soprano and singing teacher.

Bosetti debuted in Wiesbaden in 1898 as " Annie " in Der Freischütz. 1900 she was a member of the Vienna State Opera and 1901-1924 she was a star singer at the Bavarian State Opera. She has appeared in almost all German opera houses, and also sang in Holland, Belgium, London and Russia. In 1908 she sang in Vienna as a guest in roles such as " Queen of the Night " and " Marguerite de Valois ". She has made recordings for G & T Recordings, Odeon, and Gramophone.

She taught voice at Dr. Hoch's Conservatory in Frankfurt am Main from 1926 to 1928. IN their pupils were Marcia van Dresser and Adele core.
