Hermitage Amsterdam
The Hermitage Amsterdam (Dutch Hermitage Amsterdam) is a Dutch museum on the Amstel River in Amsterdam. The museum is a branch of the Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg. It was opened by Queen Beatrix and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on June 19, 2009. In February 2004, a small offshoot was opened in a building next to the present Hermitage. This building is now the Hermitage for Children.
