Heudicourt (Somme)

Heudicourt ( Picard: Vidicourt ) is a commune with 529 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) by the Somme in the Picardie region, in the north of France. The municipality belongs to the canton Roisel and is part of the municipal association Communauté de communes du canton de Roisel.

Geography

The municipality is situated on the D58 road department ( part of the system of Chaussée Brune skin) and D181 of Peronne direction of Cambrai around 3.5 kilometers east of Fins and 4.5 km north- west of Épehy in Vermandois. At the northeast part of Heudicourt outlying Ferme Révelon. Previously, the community had a rail connection to Épehy (remains of the railway embankment in the IGN map still recognizable ).
