Heysel Plateau

The Heysel Exhibition Park (French: Heysel / Heysel Dutch, . Osseghem or Park ) is located in the north of Brussels. He is a part of the sheet parks in the district Laken ( Laeken double ).

In the Heysel Exhibition Park, the Expo 1935 and Expo 58 ( = World Expo exhibition) took place. In Heysel Park lies except Mini-Europe, also the King Baudouin Stadium, which was known until 1985 Heysel Stadium, the Atomium, the century Palace (French: Palais du Centenaire, nor of the World Expo 1935, currently used for measuring ), a planetarium and a subtropical water park.
