Hichkas

Soroush Lashkary (Persian سروش لشکری ​​; born May 10, 1985 in Tehran, pseudonym: Hichkas (Persian هیچکس, "No " ) ) is an Iranian rapper.

Life

Soroush Lashkary, born on 10 May 1985 in Tehran, known as " Hichkas " ( "No " ) is an Iranian rapper from Tehran. He is one of the pioneers of the Persian street rap. He was the founder of the group " 021 " (021 is the telephone area code of the city of Tehran ), have emerged from the many famous Iranian rapper.

He lived until he was 2 years of age in Germany and has five siblings. His parents are from the Iranian city of Qazvin and after Vanak ( a suburb of Tehran ) pulled. He has studied English, but was expelled because of his cultural views and because of money problems.

He began chose to cover English songs, but was not successful and began his own, Persian texts to write about the social problems of the young generation in Iran. His name " Hichkas " ( "No " ), he chose out of humility, because he wants to be someone special to other people.

In 2003 he has his own group " 021 " started with the motto " Tehran forever" and was active there until 2007.

The album " Asphaltjungel " (2006; persian جنگل اسفالت ) was the first album of " 021 ". It was a freestyle rap album, which was focused on the social problems.

He tried to officially release the album in Iran, but declined the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance due to the west and not Islam - oriented approach. His art has been described as vulgar. Then he released it as an underground album on the Internet for download. This was a judicial admonition result. Despite the court order, he has continued to make music and the next album with " 021 " "Dagger Dance " (2007; persian رقص قمه ) published.

In an interview with BBC Fars he pretends not to be interested in politics and represents that the Islamic Revolution was a good thing, but from a previous generation, which does not adjust itself to the current needs of the young generation.
