The Hillebachstausee, also called short Hille, is a 7.7 km long, orographic right tributary of the Ruhr in the northeastern part of the Rothaargebirge in North Rhine- Westphalia ( Germany ).

Course

The creek originates in Hochsauerlandkreis less than 1 km south of the border to the northwestern part of Hesse and the local Upland. Its source is located on the southwest edge of the 804.9 m high Hille head, the ( west-northwest district of Medebach ) rises north of Kuestelberg. Highest and dominant mountain of the cup-shaped valley of the Hille Bach is the 839.1 m high Clemens Berg. The Hillebachstausee flows in a predominantly north-westerly direction. He happened Hildfeld (northern district of Winterberg) on the southwestern outskirts, to then flow through the small Hillestausee in Winterberg- low-field and west to lead the village hall in the Ruhr.
