Hirzer (Sarntal Alps)

The Hirzer (Italian Punta Cervina ) is at an altitude of 2781 m slm the highest mountain in the Alps in South Tyrol Sarntaler (Italy).

Location

The Hirzer is located approximately in the middle of the western ridge of the Sarntaler Alps, separating from each other at this point pass eggs in the west and the Sarn Valley in the east. Alpinism

The not far distant from Merano Hirzer is an important and not difficult accessible tour destination as the highest peak of the Alps Sarntaler.
