His Hero is Gone was an American crust punk band.

History

The band was founded in 1995 in Memphis (Tennessee ) and had a major influence on bands from the hardcore and Crustbereich. Characteristic of the music are the crashing guitars and consumer and socially critical lyrics. " His Hero is Gone " toured several times across the USA, Europe and Japan, but rejected any form of advertising for the band from, so there was never an official website and they were never in a larger label. The band broke up in 1999, and the former members formed new bands, including Tragedy, in which three play HHIG former members, further are also Deathreat and Severed Head of State to call.
