Højre

Højre ( German: right / right ) was the name of two Danish political right-wing parties.

The first party of that name existed from 1848 to 1866.

The second party evolved to the politicians JBS Estrup, contested Head of Cabinet from 1875 to 1894 1881. Was founded Højres workers -og constituency association in Copenhagen. 1882 called the højre fraction in the Reichstag on establishing a statewide association. Højre went in 1915 in the Conservative People's Party (Det Conservative Folkeparti ) on.

The great bourgeois- conservative party in Norway still bears the name Høyre.
