Hochkirchlicher Apostolat St. Ansgar

The High Church apostolate of St. Ansgar ( hasta ) is an entity belonging to the German High Church movement community of Evangelical Lutheran Christians.

It was founded in 1968 by the Gelsenkirchen district vocational pastor Karl August Hahne. After cock death on April 25, 1982 directed Helmut Tramnitz, professor of artistic organ playing at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik in Detmold, the High Church apostolate. Director since 1985, is the now retired Bremer Pastor Karsten Bürgener.

Closely associated with the " Hasta " is the " community of St. Michael" in Cottbus.
