Hoher Kleef

High Kleef (306 m above sea level. NN ) is a rock formation in Rübeland in the district of Harz, Saxony- Anhalt.

The High Kleef consists mainly of Devonian Riffkalkstein. It is located a few meters away from the Harz Witches Stieges and can be climbed via a walking path. A viewing pavilion was on him already built at the beginning of the 20th century. The neighborhood offers a comprehensive look at Rübeland, the Bode and the surrounding Harz mountains up to the mountain and to the worm chunks.
