The action takes place in 1993, after the Gulf War. Saddam Hussein wants to take revenge on the U.S. and humiliate her in by letting the exchange kept in the National Archives Original Declaration of Independence by an almost perfect copy, in order to publicly burn on July 4, the American national holiday.

The deputy ambassador to the United Nations, Hamid al Obaydi, shall deliver to the lawyer Antonio Cavalli, a leading member of the New York Mafia, contact and offers this $ 100 million for the exchange and theft of this document.

At the same time the young Israelite Hannah Kopec, a young Mossad agent for personal reasons in a conspiracy in part with the aim to assassinate Saddam.
